Shipping and Returns

Each quilt is made by Sera. Orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to fulfill, depending on what style and how many quilts you've ordered at one time. If Sera has a quilt already made, then there is the possibility that she'll be able to ship your order out the same day. Email her and she'll let you know if she has a particular quilt already made up and waiting to be loved.

Please understand that quilting is Sera's hobby and that Sera is not a "high volume" manufacturer. Every quilt is unique and made with the finest quality cottons, threads and workmanship. For this reason, all sales are final unless you'd like to exchange a quilt for a different color or style, should one be available, within 24 hours of your quilt being delivered.

At this time, we deliver via FedEx Ground in the Continent USA, at a flat rate of $15.00 for up to two quilts.
